И делают они это отнюдь не только в своей стране, но и просто во все стороны анонсируют. К сожалению, в мире далеко не все научились фильтровать анонсы по ROA и RPKI. За такое надо сильно бить по голове и желательно ногами. И не особо ясно: они пытаются так насолить ТГ или просто у них очень кривые руки.

It's official. Government of Uzbekistan has blocked/limited Telegram and some other services.

In channel comments somebody mentioned that they blocked also Telegram.com, which has nothing common with Telegram ;) It's funny.
